Stop identifying with traits you no longer wish to possess. Stop saying you are a jealous person if you don’t want to be jealous or stop saying you are introverted if you want to be more social…it’s like we stick to this old story but somehow expect something new to unfold. You literally have to change……leave the past in the past, make peace with that old version of yourself and keep it going. Level up.
